Once your design is finalized and manufacturing begins, your build will take 60-75 days to complete. The exact timeline can vary depending on the model you choose and the custom features you add. We’ll update you at every stage.
Permit requirements vary by city and county. Our team is happy to guide you through the process. We’ll help you understand what's needed in your area and can supply the documents to support your application.
The base price covers your fully built home and delivery within the first 300 miles of transportation. If your site is further, there’s a small added fee of $5 per mile after that.
Sometimes you change your mind, we get it. Minor adjustments can usually be made after you’ve paid your deposit, as long as manufacturing hasn't started. Major design changes may impact your timeline and pricing, but we will always be upfront with you.
Installation is not included by default, but you’ve got options. You can install it yourself or choose our professional installation service for an added fee. We are here to make it easy either way.
