Place a $1,000 deposit to confirm your order. This secures your spot and gets everything moving. We’ll handle the rest from here.

4. Schedule Your Consultation

We’re here to help. Schedule a free video call to discuss your site and permits. If needed, we’ll arrange a site visit to make sure everything’s ready for delivery.

5. Manufacturing Begins

Once your order is confirmed, we get to work. Your home is custom-assembled in two months, and we make sure every detail is perfect before it’s ready to ship.

6. Receive Your Delivery

We’ll arrange for your home to be delivered safely to your site. Right on schedule — wherever you need it.

7. Leave the Setup to Us

Our pros handle everything — from setting up your home to hooking up the utilities. It’s fast, seamless, and meets all the permit requirements.
