Once your order is finalized, we roll up our sleeves and start building from scratch:

• Frame Construction – First, we build the frame (the backbone of your home).
• Floor Installation – Then, we put in the floors.
• Walls & Roof Assembly – Walls go up, and the roof gets secured.
• Interior Work – Time to bring it to life—walls, flooring, shower, kitchen, plumbing, and electrical systems all get installed.

By the end of this phase, your container home isn’t just a shell—it’s a fully livable, cozy space waiting for its final touches.

Before we send it off, we put your home through a rigorous quality check. Plumbing, electrical, and structural durability—everything gets tested. If it’s not perfect, we fix it. No shortcuts here!

Your home is carefully packed and prepped for transport. We handle all the logistics, so you don’t have to worry about a thing.

Your new home arrives at your location, ready for setup. We send over our team to assemble the home and hook up utilities. From the moment it lands to when you step inside, we’ve got your back.
