Electrical: Installed and supplied with U.S. standard electrical components. The building complies with National Electrical Code (NEC) standards for safety and performance. A licensed electrician must complete the hardwired electrical connection, finalize any required electrical fit-out, and test the installation to meet U.S. regulations.

PVC Floor: 11mm sub-floor with a 2mm vinyl timber-pattern top layer.

SPC Floor: Rigid and durable Stone Plastic Composite (SPC) flooring, offering superior water resistance, scratch resistance, and a realistic timber-look finish. Ideal for high-traffic areas with easy maintenance and long-lasting performance.
